When did Garden Grove come into this case? On the last page, under item 9 it states:
NAMES OF PRESENTLY KNOWN EMPLOYEES, AGENT, OR REPRESENTATIVES WHOSE ACTS OR OMMISSIONS CAUSED CLAIMANTS INJURIES
Various other unknown police officers, Sergeants, Lieutenants, Captains, Commanders, and civilian employees of the City of Garden Grove Police Department. (emphasis added).
Looks like somebody in the attorney's office was using boilerplate and forgot to make a change. Either that or this is a much more far reaching case than we were aware.
