FYI. Today's meeting at Westmont is a community input meeting for the proposed general plan. The plan is several years overdue and this is another effort to get something workable.

The general plan is to guide development within the city for at least the next 10 years. This would include proposed zoning changes and looks at things like property density and "development corridors."

This is one of those things that will have major impacts on the entire city over the next decade or two.
