While it appears that there's a council meeting every week, the "official" weeks are the first and third Mondays. Since last Monday (June 2) was the first Monday, the next scheduled meeting is next Monday, June 16.
However, it's always good to ask. The only reliable way I've found as to when the next meeting is, is to check the Adjourn portion of the last meeting's agenda which shows when the next meeting will be (absent the calling of an "emergency" meeting).
